Pet Policy
At The Campbell we love our Fur-babies! We have 50 lbs weight limit on our furry friends. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, a $350 per pet (non-refundable) deposit for the first pet and $150 for the second and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions do apply. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process.
For added convenience, The Campbell also offers a pet spa on Level 1 of the parking garage and a pet park located behind the building near the bike room.
Standard Breed Restrictions: Chows, Pitbulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Mastiffs, Bull Terriers, Dobermans, and mixes of these breeds.
